Job Description:

The IT Analyst responsibilities include supporting and maintaining information technology systems within a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment to ensure the reliable operation of business applications, production systems, and end-user technology. This role provides hands-on technical support for hardware, software, networking, and manufacturing-related systems while partnering closely with operations, engineering, and global IT teams to resolve issues, improve system performance, and support business continuity. The IT Analyst plays a key role in maintaining IT infrastructure, supporting ERP and manufacturing systems, ensuring cybersecurity compliance, and assisting with technology projects that support plant operations.

Pay Range:

$58,000

• $72,000 per year (DOE)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day support for hardware, software, network systems, and end-user technology.
• Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and manufacturing floor equipment.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access through Active Directory.
• Support ERP/MRP systems, including SAP or similar business applications.
• Assist with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and resolve production-related system issues.
• Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure, Wi-Fi connectivity, and network performance.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and coordinate with vendors and corporate IT teams as needed.
• Maintain IT security protocols, user access controls, system backups, and cybersecurity best practices.
• Support audits, compliance initiatives, and adherence to internal IT standards.
• Participate in system upgrades, implementations, documentation, and continuous improvement projects.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and global teams to ensure effective IT support and issue resolution.

Job Requirements:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of IT support, help desk, or IT Analyst experience.
• Experience supporting technology in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office 365.
• Experience administering and supporting Active Directory environments.
• Understanding of basic networking concepts, including TCP/IP, switches, routers, and wireless networks.
• Experience supporting ERP systems; SAP experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with MES or plant-floor systems is preferred.
• Automotive manufacturing experience and experience supporting global teams are highly desirable.
• Korean language skills are a plus.
• Ability to provide hands-on support in both office and production environments and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
