Oversee computer distribution and return workflows to ensure accurate tracking and timely processing Manage end‑user support requests, including escalations, warranty claims, and hardware repair issues Supportphysical asset management operations by handling shipping, receiving, and inventory coordination What You Will Need to

Be Successful:

Strong knowledge of IT hardware, asset management principles, and inventory control Experience with inventory, shipping, and IT asset management operations, including procurement and logistics support Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, ServiceNow, and inventory or shipping systems such as FINS and UPS Campus Ship High attention to detail in barcode labeling, record accuracy, and shipment verification within a stockroom environment Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds, perform physical inventory tasks, and adapt to shifting priorities

Pay:

$22.00 per hour
