Job Description:
This position is responsible for performing standard-level work supporting information technology applications through planning, designing, implementing, maintaining, and providing ongoing optimization and support. The role partners with operational and technical stakeholders to ensure assigned systems effectively support business and clinical workflows. This position contributes to system reliability, usability, and continuous improvement by addressing issues, supporting enhancements, and ensuring systems align with organizational needs and standards. Job Description The Staff Analyst is responsible for providing technical support, configuration, and maintenance for various healthcare applications and their technologies throughout their lifecycle (e.g., selection, implementation, support, archival and decommissioning). You will support a variety of applications and technologies, which may include electronic health records, registration, scheduling, billing and collections, laboratory and pathology systems, radiology and picture archiving and communication systems (PACS), cardiovascular systems, pharmacy applications, home care and long-term care solutions, population health platforms, consumer and patient-facing technologies, enterprise resource planning systems, workforce scheduling, time and attendance systems, and customer relationship management tools. The preference is to be epic certified in Radiant or in an other areas in Epic. Other imaging experience or Hospital/IT experience. Essential Functions + The Staff Application System Technical Analyst provides support to stakeholders by analyzing and diagnosing system and workflow issues to determine appropriate resolutions. This role gathers, validates, and translates technological requirements into design and development specifications while providing ongoing product management support. + The analyst configures, tests, installs, implements, monitors, and maintains common and complex systems, including applications, workflows, processes, and associated hardware.
