$23-$25/hr + Benefits Overview Our client is seeking a Dealer Support Specialist to provide application and business system support for dealer-facing operations. This role is ideal for candidates with experience troubleshooting software applications, supporting end users, and resolving technical issues while delivering excellent customer service. Responsibilities Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to business applications and dealer-facing systems. Support end users through issue investigation, root cause analysis, and problem resolution. Document issues, follow established support processes, and escalate complex problems as necessary. Assist with application configuration, system access, and user support activities. Investigate transaction, workflow, and data-related issues impacting business operations. Work closely with internal teams and customers to ensure timely issue resolution. Maintain detailed documentation of tickets, issues, and troubleshooting efforts. Qualifications 1+ years of experience in application support, help desk, service desk, or customer support. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Experience working with business applications, POS systems, ERP systems, CRM platforms, or other operational software is preferred. Familiarity with Microsoft Office products. Basic understanding of SQL, APIs, Power Platform, or business systems is a plus. Exposure to accounting, reconciliations, financial transactions, or business operations is helpful. Ability to learn new applications and technologies quickly. #LI-DO1 #INDOEM
