Job Description

Job Overview The ERP/Software Support position is responsible for all aspects of software in service for our users in multiple locations in Illinois and a distribution site in Arizona. Lead a super user group comprised of an individual from each department to properly maintain and facilitate continuous improvement of all software in use. Operates with a high level of ownership and accountability. Ensures functionality of all software systems especially during an upgrade. This role will incorporate minimal travel. Role will be based at our Freeport, IL location. Responsibilities Successfully complete all required trainings and attend/participate in required team meetings. Project Management of software deployment and upgrades, maintaining effective communication with stakeholders and involved users. Provide Administration and Monitoring ERP system and Office 365 Maintain and communicate software strategy and ensure strategy is consistent with strategic business objectives Ensure the software systems evolve with new technologies, including annual Business Central upgrades Understand data mining requirements and ensure tables are structured in the most efficient manner to create reports and analytics for super users Understand and help support, including debugging, various systems, including: Business Central Microsoft CRM Wireless warehouse Shop floor data collection Visual scheduler Office 365 Sharepoint Adobe Create schedules with expected completion dates for ongoing development Support physical locations and field sales personnel throughout the Division Maintain Disaster Recovery Plan and ensure plan details are communicated and understood by relevant stakeholders Oversee negotiation and administration of vendor, outsourcer, and consultant contracts and service agreements. Prepare business case and capital submission for IT assets Attend annual Business Central Summit conference Promotes, supports and adheres to all safety, environmental and quality policies and procedures Respond quickly to support requests and ensure timely execution Assist with SQL Server maintenance Qualifications Bachelor of Science Degree preferred 3+ years' experience with ERP systems High degree of understanding how to communicate user needs/issues to developers Must have ERP experience•preferably using Microsoft Dynamics Business Central or NAV Experience working in a Manufacturing environment Experience with Microsoft Windows Server Experience with CRM•preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales Cloud experience including Azure Office 365 experience including

$75,000.00•$85,000.00 per year
