In this high-impact role, you'll partner directly with business leaders to shape, optimize, and advance our ERP and PLM systems across the enterprise. The IT Senior Developer Analyst - PLM serves as a strategic partner to business teams, driving analysis, solution delivery, and sustained operational excellence. You will support global rollouts, continuous enhancements, and long-term lifecycle management of ERP/PLM platforms—leading cross-functional initiatives and serving as a subject‑matter expert across systems and processes.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Lead multi‑department efforts to assess system challenges, opportunities, and cross‑functional impact. Conduct advanced business analysis, including requirements gathering, process evaluation, and complex problem resolution. Serve as the escalation point for high‑priority, business‑critical issues Coordinate and deliver ERP/PLM training with business process owners. Lead documentation of implementations, enhancements, and maintenance releases. Manage ERP/PLM system changes, including testing, workflows, and periodic maintenance cycles. Evaluate and improve business processes, drive adoption of optimized solutions. Build and maintain productive vendor relationships to ensure stability, upgrades, and application support.
Your Qualifications:
BA/BS in Finance, Management, Operations, or IT—or equivalent experience. 5+ years ERP and/or PLM experience. Exceptional customer service orientation and strong communication skills. Advanced analytical, documentation, and problem‑solving skills. Leadership capability with experience coordinating diverse cross‑functional teams. Deep business judgment and process optimization expertise. Experience in interpreting business requirements into system design. Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building capability. Ability to work independently with excellent organization and self‑ Flexibility with working hours and availability for global travel. Industry experience in the flavor and fragrance sector is a plus. Why Join Us?
