Position Summary:
Monday-Friday; 8a-4:30pPosition Summary:
As a member of the IT Business Solutions team, the IT Solutions Analyst works with business areas to support and help implement effective technology solutions. The Analyst role requires some working knowledge of clinical and administrative workflows and the ability to help translate business needs into solution requirements. Responsibilities include leading small project implementation efforts while ensuring quality, timely delivery, regulatory compliance, and end user satisfaction.Position Qualifications:
Associate's degree required in nursing, Computer Science, Health Administration or related field from an accredited institution. Minimum of two (2) years of experience implementing small scale clinical and business solutions. Foundational understanding of IT solutions, project management, troubleshooting, and application support. Strong organizational skills with ability to drive projects with scope of single vendor and/or single business area. Minimal cross-functional collaboration and executive engagement required. Ability to facilitate and inform project meetings and work collaboratively within a team environment. Demonstrates strong attention to detail and the ability to direct small projects with appropriate guidance.
