In this role, you will troubleshoot hardware, OS connectivity, and video feed/AV production gear to ensure high system uptime. Additionally, you will maintain front-end web elements using a strong foundational knowledge of HTML. Beyond standard IT duties, you will leverage AI models, including Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini, to "vibe code" through natural language prompting. This AI-assisted workflow will allow you to rapidly generate utility scripts, automate routine support tasks, and customize internal web components.
