Accepting Candidates About the Role Support strategic sourcing, supplier management, contract negotiations, and purchasing activities, with a primary focus on IT-related spend. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to optimize costs, strengthen supplier relationships, and improve procurement processes. Key Responsibilities Manage sourcing and procurement activities for IT categories including software, SaaS, hardware, cloud services, telecommunications, and professional services. Lead and support RFIs, RFQs, RFPs, supplier evaluations, and competitive bidding initiatives across IT and other spend categories. Negotiate pricing, contract terms, statements of work, renewals, amendments, and supplier agreements to achieve favorable commercial outcomes. Identify opportunities for supplier and contract consolidation, renewal optimization, spend rationalization, and cost savings. Process and manage requisitions, purchase orders, revisions, change orders, amendments, and procurement administration in accordance with established policies. Qualifications 5+ years of procurement, purchasing, and strategic sourcing experience, preferably with technology products and services. Demonstrated expertise in supplier management and negotiation, including achieving favorable pricing, contract terms, and measurable cost savings. Experience reviewing, negotiating, and managing contracts, renewals, amendments, and supplier agreements. Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to partner effectively across IT, Finance, Legal, Purchasing, and business teams. Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and organized, with the ability to manage multiple sourcing initiatives and procurement transactions simultaneously.
Compensation:
$45-$55/hr. Final compensation within the posted range will depend on qualifications, experience, and interview results.
