Job Description
What you'll need to succeed as an HRIT Analyst at XPO Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience 1 year of experience as a Technical Business Analyst Experience working with integrations Experience working in an SDLC process-driven organization Preferred qualifications: Experience as a Business Analyst or Subject Matter Expert in HR, Payroll, and/or Talent Acquisition systems Hands-on experience in implementing and/or supporting specifically UKG or ADP T&A systems Hands-on experience in implementing and/or supporting SaaS Experience in Human Resources Shared Service departments Experience working in a ticketing solution system (such as ServiceNow/JIRA) About the HRIT Analyst job What you'll do on a typical day: Develop detailed requirements, process documentation and solution design approaches that satisfy business needs for enterprise application initiatives Work with IT partners to translate those requirements into technical solutions Provide subject matter expertise to support business requirement definition, process design and implementation of processes Participate in production incident troubleshooting and solution approach design and recommendations Perform initial validation, support unit testing and facilitate UAT as needed Assist in driving initiatives forward from the requirements to implementation About XPO XPO is a top ten global provider of transportation services, with a highly integrated network of people, technology and physical assets.
