Job Description

job summary: Our client is seeking a Field Technical Analyst in Ann Arbor MI, to optimize their onsite generation fleet. This role focuses on monitoring SCADA performance, troubleshooting outages, and developing preventive maintenance plans for solar and energy storage assets. The ideal candidate holds an Associate's degree in a technical field and brings 0-2 years of experience in power systems.
location:
Ann Arbor, Michigan job type: Contract salary: $35 - 40 per hour work hours: 8am to 5pm education: Associates responsibilities: Utilize SCADA platforms and OSISoft PI Historian to monitor real-time equipment health and triage performance alerts for solar and storage assets.

Provide fleet-wide technical expertise for behind the meter and utility-scale projects, including onsite troubleshooting and post-maintenance testing.

Develop and enhance predictive and preventive maintenance strategies to ensure the long-term reliability and configuration control of physical systems.

Identify hardware and software risks across the renewables fleet and implement corrective actions while ensuring contractors adhere to safety standards.

Provide technical input on the operation and modification of existing equipment and support the integration of new assets during the execution phase.
