Description IT Analyst- Governance & Compliance - NSK AmericasThe CompanyNSK is a global manufacturer of ball and roller bearings, linear motion technology, automotive components and steering systems with both domestic and overseas manufacturing. NSK's high-precision rolling bearings are used in wind turbines and machine tools, linear components are found in production lines, while our automotive components are installed in the vehicles of almost every well-known automaker.
The IT Senior Analyst - Governance & Compliance develops and maintains IT policies and procedures, monitors regulatory and policy compliance, manages IT budgets and software licenses, and supports internal and external audits.
Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, security standards, and internal policies.
Conduct compliance reviews, identify gaps, and track corrective actions.
Coordinate audit requests, gather evidence, and attend auditor meetings.
Prepare and monitor IT budgets, expenses, forecasts, and financial reports.
Manage software licenses, renewals, usage, and vendor agreements.
Ensure software use complies with licensing terms and organizational requirements.
Maintain accurate policy, audit, budget, and license records.
Provide compliance guidance to employees and IT teams
Experience in IT governance, compliance, auditing, budgeting, or software license management.
Knowledge of relevant regulations, IT controls, and compliance frameworks.
Strong writing, analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively with management, technical teams, vendors, and auditors.
Certifications (Preferred)CGEIT (Certified in the Governance of Enterprise IT)CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor)CRISC (Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control)CISM (Certified Information Security Manager)
Analytical thinking with attention to detail.
Ability to influence and drive cross-functional initiatives.

Degree or diploma in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Business, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field.Experience in IT governance, compliance, auditing, budgeting, or software license management.
Knowledge of relevant regulations, IT controls, and compliance frameworks.
Strong writing, analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively with management, technical teams, vendors, and auditors.
