Rate Range:

$64/Hr. Must have Skills/Attributes MS Dynamics, Network Support, Technical Support Extensive experience with MS Dynamics MS Azure and Application Support (5+ years) Technical Customer Service Analyst (5+ years) Working experience with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform Implementations (5+ years) Architect Experience (5+ years) Power Platform Solutions Particularly Power Automate and Power Pages (3+ years) Microsoft Azure platform Azure DevOps (5+ years) Database Architecture experience (3+ years) Infrastructure/Network and Application Support (5+ years) Design and document technical architecture solutions that span multiple platforms and include integration and authentication across systems CICD/Release Management - Define communicate and manage technical change management (eg release) processes for all Dynamics 365 related technology efforts Identification of risks and issues from a technical perspective Azure Communications API s Microsoft Project Excel and PowerPoint Ability to prepare detailed written instructions and documentation Ability to effectively make oral and written reports and presentations and prepare clear and concise documentation Experience in performing analysis and requirements gathering with customers An ability to resolve complex problems in a timely manner and seeks optimum solutions Ability to communicate technical terminology at a level appropriate to the audience Effective at creating highly complex assignments in a high stress work environment Ability to troubleshoot application issues under pressure Technical Customer Service Analyst (5+ years) Extensive experience with MS Dynamics MS Azure and Application Support (5+ years) This employee provides application development/integration services to the client. They will be responsible for the design, maintenance, development, and enhancement of the agency applications. Project assignments and activity will be executed within the framework of the Client System Engineering Methodology (SEM). These assignments will provide for the development, testing and deployment of application releases, updates and modifications within a client/server and web server environment.

This position is responsible for providing advanced technical support for Dynamics 365 Platform As the System architect they will both perform and lead the team with project tasks including but not limited to gathering requirements planning analyzing designing testing implementation documentation and the maintenance of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform Implementations
