As an Associate System Setup & Integration Analyst on the WFS Hardware Operations team, you will play a key role in delivering and supporting tailored data collection solutions that address each client's unique business needs. You'll collaborate with clients and both internal and external project teams to ensure accurate configuration, seamless integration, and optimal performance of our time clock solutions. Your efforts will have a direct impact on the day-to-day lives of your clients' employees. This role offers variety and challenge, as each client engagement spans different geographies and industries, requiring tailored solutions to meet specific operational needs. You will be involved in configuration, debugging, testing, and troubleshooting throughout the implementation and support lifecycle. Additionally, you will continue to grow your consulting, technical, and client relationship skills while sharing your expanding expertise with clients and partners. Your insights will also contribute to continuous improvement by capturing client feedback and identifying opportunities to enhance our products and services. WHAT YOU'LL DO
Responsibilities What you can expect on a typical day: Configure WFS Clocks using tools such as Python, SQL, SFTP, and SSH based on client specifications Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to test, troubleshoot, and validate system configurations Support hardware, software, and network testing, including rollout and upgrade activities Handle complex issues including administrative and configuration challenges Write and execute basic formulas and SQL queries to support configuration and data collection needs Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including status updates, time tracking for billable and non-billable activities, technical knowledge base articles, and solution design documentsTO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE
Requirements 0-2 years of experience in a technical/helpdesk/system support client-facing type role Basic problem-solving and analytical abilities Quick learner with sound judgment and adaptability Flexible and able to work evenings/weekends as needed, as well as join an on-call rotation for off-hours support coverage Ability to travel up to 10%, with potential for international travel A college degree is great but not required.
