Job Description General Summary:
Demonstrates and applies a broad knowledge of Data Center Operations through successful completion of moderately complex assignments. Successfully applies complex knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures. Demonstrates knowledge of organization's business practices and challenges. Other duties as assigned, including those related to specific area of specialization (process, function, documentation, etc.) referenced in the job responsibilities document.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
Completes analysis of existing methods to promote effective operations through review, standardization, improvement, simplification, discontinuance, or other methods. Completes recommendations for business processes that ensure alignment with strategic direction; integrates business processes between multiple organizations. Develops business solutions related to the Data Center and IT Center buildings and staff. Completes the coordination of business process changes, assists in creating and implementing system solutions. Performs full range of standard work for the professional field. Reviews completed tasks to ensure compliance of SLA and OLA. Generates reports on activities and follows up with management to ensure corrective actions are taken. Identifies and resolves more complex problems and applies problem-solving skills in order to deal with most situations. Creates/maintains documentation on tasks and processes. Refers unusual problems to others. Demonstrates and applies a broad knowledge of Data Center Operations through successful completion of moderately complex assignments. Successfully applies complex knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures. Demonstrates knowledge of organization's business practices and challenges. Understands and has experience with Service Level Agreements and Operating Level Agreements. Maintains highest standards of honesty and integrity. Maintains confidentiality of employee, customer and corporate information.
Qualifications Education & Experience Required:
High School Diploma required, Bachelor Degree preferred in related discipline. Typically 5-8 years of successful experience in related field. ITIL and or other industry certification preferred. Service Now preferred.
TITLE:
Data Center Operation Analyst LRS and Print Services preferred. MS Office products preferred. PMP preferred. Experience in a Health Care environment and familiarity with HIPAA and EPIC preferred.
