This role will make a significant impact on our organization by overseeing the commission program, ensuring proper set-up, accuracy of program assignments to people, quotas, customer to account assignments and calculation of payments due. Responsibilities Reporting to the Senior Revenue Operations Analyst Director, however, it oversees the operational processes between those functions. Key responsibilities include serving as a resource for field personnel by responding to inquiries, researching payroll-related issues, and resolving discrepancies to ensure accurate and timely payments. Assign customer teams to new accounts within NetSuite, ensuring accurate system setup and alignment. Execute bulk data uploads to support territory realignments and organizational changes as needed. Maintain participant quotas and ensure ongoing accuracy within the commission system. Configure and manage commission program rules and compensation structures within the platform. Lead the implementation of the new commission program scheduled for launch in October 2026, including data migration, system configuration, testing, and go-live readiness. Partner with the Accounting Manager to prepare monthly commission payroll support files and validate payment data. Develop training materials and provide onboarding and system training for new team members. Serve as the primary point of contact for commission-related inquiries, providing timely and accurate guidance to employees and field personnel. Research, analyze, and resolve commission discrepancies to ensure payment accuracy and compliance with program guidelines. Respond to and manage inquiries from the field regarding commission processes, calculations, and related issues. Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned to support departmental and organizational objectives. Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Strong knowledge of chemical manufacturing processes, safety protocols, inventory control. Strong familiarity with sales techniques. Technical aptitude and ability to train others on installation and service of chemical dispensing equipment. Experience with e-learning platforms and multi-media tools. Experience with using NetSuite ERP and CRM. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills. Highly analytical with strong mathematical and quantitative abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to analyze and manipulate complex data sets. Experience implementing and supporting business systems and process improvements. Solid understanding of database structures, hierarchies, and data management principles. Demonstrated problem-solving skills with the ability to research issues and develop effective solutions. Required experience administering or working with commission programs and incentive compensation processes. Experience with NetSuite and Vena is preferred and considered a strong asset.
