FRFS FTM ACH Specialist

Responsibilities Assist in the installation, configuration, and testing of financial transaction management solutions. Design and document deployment processes to ensure high-quality, repeatable outcomes. Provide technical support for software upgrades and new projects, ensuring seamless operations. Develop and execute automated test plans to verify software functionality. Collaborate with teams to improve deployment practices and documentation. Offer Level 3 application support, including on-call duties, to resolve complex issues. Mentor team members and act as a technical consultant to various stakeholders. Skills Proven experience with financial transaction management platforms. Strong leadership and project management skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking. Proficiency in Unix and related technical environments. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Skills Experience with retail payments processing software. Familiarity with AIX, Websphere, DB2, and MQ. Knowledge of ServiceNow, JIRA, and automated testing tools. Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a team environment.
