You'll also be a trusted, patient resource for coworkers who depend on technology to serve our customers. How Our Values Show Up in
This Role Integrity:
You'll have administrator access to sensitive systems and customer data. We need someone who does the right thing when no one is watching, protects the trust that comes with that access, and speaks up about mistakes and risks.
Leading and serving with compassion:
Your coworkers are your customers. You stay calm when someone is frustrated, explain things without talking down to anyone, and treat every issue as important to the person experiencing it.
Life-long customer relationships:
Protecting customer information and keeping systems reliable is how IT helps earn customer trust. When our systems work, our people can focus on our customers.
Reliable partner:
You follow through, communicate clearly, and are someone the team can count on, especially during upgrades, outages, and busy days. What You'll Do Plan, test, and carry out system upgrades, patches, and migrations with minimal disruption to daily operations. Maintain and monitor our Windows Server environment, including Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and file and print services. Provide first- and second-level break/fix support for desktops, laptops, printers, phones, tablets, network devices, and shop equipment. Onboard and offboard employees, including account creation, hardware setup, and removing access on the employees' last day, so new team members feel welcomed and ready on day one. Serve as the primary point of contact for IT vendors and service providers, including our DMS provider [Dealertrack], internet and phone carriers, managed service providers, and hardware and software suppliers. Manage vendor relationships by tracking support tickets, holding vendors accountable to service agreements, escalating unresolved issues, and communicating status updates to affected staff. Maintain documentation for systems, procedures, and asset inventory. Travel between dealership locations as needed. Lead IT projects such as server upgrades, new location buildouts, system rollouts, and hardware refreshes: define scope, build timelines, coordinate with department managers, vendors, and keep stakeholders updated through completion. Who You Are You're honest and dependable, and you take ownership of your work. You enjoy helping people and are patient with coworkers of all technical skill levels. You're committed to growth, both your own and the teams, and you're always learning. You work well as part of a team and help keep a positive, collaborative atmosphere.
