Job title: Technology Infrastructure & Support Analyst Who we are: At the Arthur Center, we inspire community health and wellness! Our approach is to inspire our patients and clients to lead a healthy life so they can spend their time, talent and resources on living! We are headquartered in Mexico, MO and currently serve the Audrain, Callaway, Montgomery, Pike, Ralls, and Monroe Counties. We employ close to 200 people at our 5 locations.
Job position description:
Arthur Center Community Health is seeking a detail-oriented Technology Infrastructure & Support Analyst to assist in maintaining all information technology resources, including hardware and software, with a strong focus on technology infrastructure operations. This role ensures the reliability, security, and efficiency of our IT systems to support business continuity. Join Arthur Center Community Health to make a meaningful impact in the lives of those we serve. Key Tasks and Responsibilities Maintains network hardware, peripheral devices (laptops, desktops, printers, scanners, etc.), and software. Supports organizational compliance with HIPAA security standards. Optimizes the organization's information technology and assists with organizational information technology purchasing decisions and processes. Works closely with hardware and software vendors to assure effective and efficient technology investments. Assists with data reporting when called upon. Conducts effective technology training for employees. Stays abreast of the information technology field through continuing education and networking with other professionals in the community health center and community mental health fields. Advises leadership in the use of technology to accomplish organizational goals.Key Skills and Attributes Required:
Detail oriented with excellent analytical skills. Ability to work within a team environment. Strong sense of ethics and confidentiality Ability to diagnose and repair hardware/software. Proficient in network and equipment security Ability to work with human service professionals.Preferred:
Familiarity withFQHC / CCBHC
General knowledge of Electronic Health Record functionality Degree and Licensure Requirements Associates or Bachelor's degree in a technology-related areaPreferred:
