Chipton-Ross is seeking an Information Sys Tech Analyst 3 for a contract opportunity in Pascagoula, MS.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
(REQUIRED
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
):
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline o 8+ years of progressive experience in IT or related field o Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and business functions. o Advanced skills in MS365 tool suite, Microsoft Excel, and reporting/analytics tools OR Master's degree preferred with 6+ years of relevant professional experience o Professional certification in process engineering, data analytics or similar o Strong understanding of IT best practices, ISO, CMMC, ITIL, and other IT governance frameworks.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
The Integration Analyst is an experienced level position reporting to the Manager of Ingalls' IT Integration Office (ITIO). o The Integration Office is responsible for overall governance and value assurance of Ingalls' IT department. o The Integration Office serves to provide support for financial and administration processes, such as, process mapping, measurements, analytics, metrics, reconciliations, contract and software management, human capital, training, etc.

IT Integration Analyst:
- Define, Build and Improve data analysis and reporting.
- Build metrics and dashboards
- Create collaboration and analytical mechanisms using the full MS365 suite (Sharepoint, Teams, PowerBI, Power Apps, Planner, Lists, Forms, Workflows, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
- Integrate various data sets and Sharepoint site across the department.
- Lead assigned/applicable ITIO efforts, ensuring matters are effectively managed.
- Translate strategic direction from leadership into detailed action plans
- Facilitate process definition, mapping and data set identification/standardization/maturity
- Engineer and implement standard processes in a matrixed environment whereby data can be aggregated and used in repeatable health assessments
- Identify cross department interconnections and correlations to ensure holistic governance and data driven reporting
- Support existing IT homeroom processes to generate data standardization and decision recommendations
- Drive compliance and cost-optimization programs, lead reconciliations, support health checks, audits, benchmarks, etc.
- Participate in various special assignments related to general IT organization, projects, cost reduction initiatives and coordination o This individual operates with strategic foresight, analytical precision, and a collaborative spirit; balancing operational rigor with creative problem-solving.
o Works well in a team-based organization o The position requires a strong combination of analytical, creative problem solving, and technical skills to optimize IT value, reduce risk, and ensure cost-effective management of technology resources. o Ability to develop innovative solutions to complex problems; find answers in the face of ambiguity o Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical matters clearly in both executive and SME level formats o Develop and drive solutions, problem solver with executive presence. o Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization. o Ensures solutions are consistent with organization objectives.
REQUIRED EDUCATION
Bachelor of Science degree in related field is required.
