Job Summary:
The System Analyst works as a member of the IT Team and will be responsible for supporting our document management applications primarily (OnBase/RightFax), along with any other applications that are deemed in scope. The analyst will be responsible for any work associated with their assigned applications, including managing break/fix issues, new deployments, optimizations, and upgrades. The Analyst demonstrates analytical skills and possesses a fundamental understanding of operational workflows. The Analyst will communicate, collaborate to review the software, analyze business operations, and work with end users to tailor the system to the organization. This includes current state and future state mapping and workflow development, application design and development, testing, issue resolution, application integration, implementation, and ongoing support activities.

Job Essentials:
The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements and competencies. 1.Identify and own the below applications. This would include leading any work effort necessary and communication with all appropriate stakeholders. OnBase RightFax 2. Manage onboarding of new EHPN practices which includes Training for new modules (i.e. OnBase, RightFax) 3. Acting as the primary support contact for the application's end-users 4. Maintenance of application(s), including monitoring the effectiveness and identifying issues and working to resolve them and prevent recurrence 5. Guiding workflow design, testing the system, and analyzing other technical issues associated with the IT software 6. Maintaining regular communication with IT team, vendors and operational stakeholders to meet the organization's business needs in regards to project deliverables and timeline. 7. Managing tickets and daily maintenance tasks related to the application(s) 8. Maintaining an awareness of vendor and industry developments/plans in area(s) of responsibility 9. Reviewing the status of projects and issues on an ongoing basis with leadership 10. Participate in On-Call rotations including weekends and holidays. 11. Project management work as delegated by IT Management. 12. Assist with project work at all remote locations if delegated by IT management. 13. Other duties as assigned
Education Requirements:
Bachelors' degree preferred in computer science major or relevant healthcare field Minimum of 2 years of related experience required. OnBase or document management application analyst experience preferred Experience in healthcare IT is required or relevant workflow experience Excellent customer support skills Able to demonstrate commendable interpersonal skills through the ability to communicate information clearly and concisely with project leadership and subject matter experts Fundamental understanding of workflows related to application(s) supported Fundamental build and analytical skills Willingness to learn new software and systems Englewood Health provides a minimum rate to comply with New Jersey Law. The rate of pay for each position will be determined based on a variety of factors including the candidate's relevant experience, qualifications, skills, etc. The minimum rate does not include bonuses/incentives, differential pay or other forms of compensation. In addition to the minimum rate, eligible employees may receive comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other wellness resources.
Pay Range :
$66.560.00 - $95,000.00
