The Imaging Technical Analyst is responsible for supporting the Imaging Technical Coordinator in the operation of the Diagnostic Imaging Department by ensuring Imaging operations are in working order, creating a seamless workflow environment ensuring exams are reviewed in a timely manner to maintain a high-level of patient care at. This individual will assist the radiologist, other physicians, technologist, Administrative Director, and staff acting as a resource person to resolve day-to-day operational issues occurring in the Diagnostic Imaging Dept.
Qualifications:
Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
BA/BS in IT and informatics or satisfactory completion of a formal Allied Imaging School. Familiarity with specific Radiology Information Systems applications. Basic understanding of operating systems software (Windows 10/11, Chrome OS) and Web browser use (Internet Explorer or Google Chrome). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient computer skills that include but are not limited to Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite platforms.
Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred:
A minimum of 3 years experience as a Radiologic Technologist. Familiar with specific Diagnostic Imaging operations.
Licenses and Certifications Preferred:
NJ Registered Radiological Technologist License. Member of the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT). Maintains CEU Credits.
