Job Description

Job Description Insight Global is looking for an experienced Technical Policy Analyst to join our partner in support of a DoW customer. This position provides interagency coordination, doctrine and policy creation, and mission integration support to a joint DoW customer focused on Positioning, Navigation, and Timing (PNT). You will assist in coordinating strategic initiatives, facilitating stakeholder engagement, assessing emerging trends, and helping shape future PNT and NAVWAR capabilities.
Responsibilities:
Primary Duties:
  • Aid in development and execution of our customers strategic planning activities.
  • Coordinate future planning efforts supporting Department-wide PNT and Navigation Warfare objectives.
  • Keep abreast of emerging technologies, threats, and operational trends affecting PNT resilience and NAVWAR operations.
  • Develop, white papers, executive briefings, and other technical products for senior leadership.
  • Support development of Campaign Plans, strategic roadmaps, implementation plans, and future capability initiatives.
  • Assist with development and execution of the annual Department PNT Assessment.
  • Coordinate NAVWAR policy recommendations across stakeholders.

  • Bachelor's Degree and 9+ years of experience, or Masters and 7+ years of experience
  • Active TSSCI Clearance
  • Background or leadership experience overseeing PNT, GPS, Space, or Satellite programs
  • Experience supporting joint DOD customers or environments
  • Military background highly preferred
