This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional who wants to build hands-on experience in IT support, Software development, business systems, data analysis, and technology operations. You'll work with business users, developers, infrastructure teams, and other IT professionals to troubleshoot issues, analyze requirements, support applications, and help improve technology processes. Key Responsibilities Provide first- and second-level technical support to employees and business users. Investigate and resolve hardware, software, application, and access-related issues. Analyze IT incidents and identify recurring problems or trends. Document issues, resolutions, procedures, and technical requirements. Assist with application testing, user acceptance testing, and software releases. Gather business requirements and translate them into clear technical documentation. Create basic reports and dashboards using Excel, SQL, or business intelligence tools. Perform basic SQL queries to analyze application and business data. Participate in IT projects, system implementations, upgrades, and migrations.
