Job Description
IT Application Analyst Epic Population Health, Full-Time, First Shift, IS & T UC Health, LLC

- Supports system configuration, tables, and parameters under direction. Assists with implementing enhancements and maintaining system functionality. Helps develop test plans and participate in testing activities. Coordination
- Responds to user requests and escalates issues as needed. Coordinates with team members, vendors, and other IT teams to support system changes and issue resolution. Project Support
- Supports project tasks by completing assigned work, providing status updates, and documenting activities.
Customer Relationship:
- Facilitates end user meetings and provides clear communication to users. Assists with gathering requirements and supporting user needs. Contributes to positive user experience and process improvements. Other duties as assigned :
- Provides backup support for other analysts and assists with additional tasks as assigned.
Education:
Associate degree in information systems or relevant field required; bachelor's degree preferred. 2 years equivalent experience can substitute for an Associate degree plus must have 2 years analyst or other relevant experience (2-4 years total).Years of Experience:
1-2 years equivalent analyst experience preferredLicense and Certification:
EpicCare Certification preferred. Person accepting this position, if not already certified in EpicCare Value Base Care and/or Healthy Planet will be required to obtain and maintain one or more Epic module certification(s) as required by the position.
