Job Description

Associate Technical Analyst System Engineering Cleveland, Ohio Contract Apr 16, 2026 ob Summary A global coatings and specialty materials manufacturer is hiring an Application Technician II to provide support for software-as-a-service (SaaS) and enterprise-wide applications that enable data collection, retrieval, and reporting for internal planning and operations. This role partners with senior team members and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure systems operate efficiently with minimal downtime. The Application Technician II assists with configuration, data management, reporting, user access, and continuous improvement efforts to optimize performance and reduce risk across enterprise applications. Responsibilities Provide basic support for SaaS and enterprise-wide applications Assist with documenting design considerations and business impacts for application configuration Support configuration, setup, and updates of enterprise applications Organize and load data into established tables, fields, and system databases Follow governance standards and processes for data input, structures, and storage mechanisms Develop basic queries and build reports using query and flexible reporting tools Assist in producing reports to support business management and staff decision-making Support user access setup and management Research and draft suggestions for improvements in application development, maintenance, and system standards Participate in cross-functional technical discussions to support system integration and interoperability Coordinate with enterprise application teams, client stakeholders, and external vendors to gather requirements and provide support Gather and analyze data sources for internal department planning activities Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, or at least 2 years of experience in enterprise-wide software support in lieu of a degree 3-5 years of experience supporting enterprise-wide applications Experience supporting SaaS applications Ability to assist with application configuration and data management Experience developing basic queries and reports Strong collaboration and communication skills
Preferred:
Certifications such as ITIL, Microsoft, and/or Oracle
