Full Job Description Responsibilities & Requirements:
Utilizing agile and other applicable frameworks as a guide, IT Analyst I team members work as part of a collaborative team to solve customer issues and support mission-critical healthcare applications and systems. The IT Analyst I utilizes analytical thinking to understand and document new requirements and workflows with the goal of maximizing the value created for their customers. The IT Analyst I participates in all phases of the software development lifecycle including design, development, and test and performs other duties as assigned. Provide prompt support of customer issues, identifying the root cause and developing creative solutions to correct application problems. Consistently utilizes critical thinking and analytic abilities in seeking and resolving issues. Provide support for assigned applications by maintaining vendor recommended application version Maintain server health through patching, reboots, and supported software versions Participate in on-call rotations to provide off-hours application support Collaborate with stakeholders to understand operational needs, risks and requirements of projects and enhancements. Gather, document, and analyze requirements (business, data, and integration) and workflow processes. Participate in the design process and complete the assigned tasks for development and unit/integration testing Develop and maintain application support documentation. Educate end-users and team members as needed. Education and Experience Associate degree or equivalent combination of education, certification, and experience required 1 to 2 years of relevant experience Obtain applicable certifications within 1 year of hire, when required.
