We are seeking a curious, motivated Associate Technology Analyst to help elevate the digital systems that power our operations. In this role, you will support key enterprise applications-Oracle EBS (50%), JD Edwards (25%), and Infor Order Management (25%)-while partnering with teams across the business to solve problems, optimize processes, and help build the tools that shape our next chapter. As MillerKnoll continues to grow, the candidate will be expected to gradually focus more on Infor OM and develop expertise in this system. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide functional support for Oracle EBS, JDE, and Infor OM
  • Translate business needs into clear workflows, requirements, and improvements
  • Troubleshoot issues with a solution-focused mindset
  • Support system enhancements, testing, and upgrades
  • Create documentation that empowers users and improves understanding Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or related field preferred
  • Curiosity, initiative, and a passion for learning ERP systems
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
