Job Description
Description The IT Technical Analyst II role provides technical support for office and manufacturing environments, handling immediate support requests and implementing long-term projects with limited supervision. Responsibilities include managing service requests, troubleshooting complex issues, and participating in projects such as software rollouts and plant technology upgrades. The position involves configuring, deploying, and maintaining enterprise endpoint devices, supporting mobile programs, and recommending technology solutions to improve efficiency. Strong customer service, technical expertise across systems like Active Directory, SCCM, O365, and Windows 10, and the ability to work independently are essential. The role also requires collaboration with IT teams and plant management, adherence to company policies, and occasional travel, with shared on-call responsibilities for after-hours emergencies. 100% on-site position. Home base will be at Klingerstown, PA office and will only travel quarterly to the central New Jersey location. Travel is 100% compensated (including milage).
- Shift will be 9hrs (1hr of lunch, 8hrs of work). Shift can be 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm.
- This position supports plants and farms.
Additional Skills & Qualifications Additional Skills:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work across the organization to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex issues.
- Experience with plant-related technology (e.g., label printers, handheld devices, lift computers/scanners).
- Understanding of ITIL process framework. Ability to lead small to medium initiatives and projects.
- Strong sense of urgency and ownership in delivering service.
Additional Qualifications:
- Two-year technical degree, related technical certifications, or equivalent work experience.
- 2+ years of experience in an IT support environment.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing setting (preferred).
- Familiarity with mobile device programs and Mobile Device Management (MDM).
- Willingness to travel domestically (about 10%) and participate in shared on-call support for after-hours emergencies. Experience Level Intermediate Level Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Klingerstown, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00
- $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
