Apply Now IT Technical Analyst II We're seeking an IT Technical Analyst II to provide hands-on support across both office and manufacturing environments. This role combines day-to-day technical support with project-based work, including system upgrades, technology deployments, and site improvements. The ideal candidate is a strong troubleshooter who enjoys working independently while partnering with end users, plant leadership, and IT teams to keep operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide desktop, infrastructure, and endpoint support in office and manufacturing environments Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and server-related issues Manage service requests and resolve escalated technical problems Deploy, configure, and maintain PCs, mobile devices, and other enterprise technology Support software rollouts, system upgrades, and plant technology initiatives Administer and support environments utilizing Active Directory, SCCM, MDT, Office 365, and Windows platforms Recommend and implement technology solutions that improve operational efficiency Collaborate with IT teams and business stakeholders on ongoing projects and support initiatives Required Skills Active Directory SCCM and MDT Office 365 Windows 10/11 PC and hardware troubleshooting Windows Server support Endpoint deployment and management Problem management and technical support Preferred Qualifications 2+ years of IT support experience Associate degree, technical certifications, or equivalent hands-on experience Experience supporting manufacturing or industrial environments preferred Familiarity with mobile device management (MDM) Experience supporting plant-floor technologies such as barcode scanners, handheld devices, label printers, and lift computers Understanding of ITIL processes and best practices Ability to lead small to medium-sized technical initiatives Strong organizational skills, customer focus, and sense of ownership Willingness to participate in shared on-call support and occasional travel Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Klingerstown, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
