We are seeking an MS Dynamics CRM Tech Lead for a 12+ month contract position based in Malvern, Pennsylvania. This is an individual contributor role combining hands-on technical work with mentorship of junior team members. Responsibilities Develop and maintain REST APIs and custom pipeline automation within the CRM environment Design and implement technical solutions leveraging AWS infrastructure Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior team members Delegate technical tasks and oversee their execution Manage stakeholder communication between product, engineering, and sales leadership teams Ensure alignment across teams on technical priorities and deliverables Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences Qualifications Required Hands-on engineering experience with REST APIs and custom pipeline automation Experience with AWS Proficiency with MS Dynamics CRM or equivalent enterprise CRM platforms (such as Salesforce) Demonstrated ability to mentor and guide junior technical staff Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Preferred Extensive MS Dynamics-specific development experience
