Tech BA / Tech PM /Solution Consultant Skills:
Strong SDLC and Agile knowledge, hands‑on requirement gathering, solution design, API/integration understanding, basic database and cloud concepts, and experience working closely with engineering and stakeholderExperience:

Willow Grove, PA (Need Local and its 5 days onsite role)Job Type:
Fulltime- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into clear technical specifications.
- Lead end-to-end project execution including planning, tracking, risk management, and delivery.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to design scalable technical solutions.
- Prepare solution documents, workflows, user stories, and technical proposals.
- Coordinate UAT, deployment activities, and post-implementation support.
- Ensure alignment between business objectives, technical feasibility, and project timelines.
Required Skills & Experience:
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.- Ability to work with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and operations.
- Hands-on experience with requirement gathering, process mapping, and solution design.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills. Technical background preferred (APIs, databases, cloud concepts, integration workflows, etc.).
