This position primarily operates in a remote work environment; however, maintaining strong relationships and active engagement with campus partners remains an important aspect of the role. Work location expectations and oncampus presence requirements may evolve over time based on organizational priorities, operational needs, and guidance from Arts & Sciences leadership. Position Purpose The Academic System Analyst serves as a functional partner to academic and administrative departments, supporting the administration, configuration, implementation, and continuous improvement of Arts & Sciences and enterprise applications. Reporting to the Associate Director of Academic Technology & Systems, this position provides functional systems support, business analysis, project implementation, and user engagement to help deliver reliable, usercentered technology services across Arts & Sciences. The Academic Systems Analyst supports a portfolio of applications and initiatives, balancing daytoday operational support with project work, testing, documentation, reporting support, and process improvement. Description Required Qualifications Education and Yrs Exp Bachelors plus 23 years' experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
Required Qualifications Skills, Knowledge and Abilities Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
2 years of experience supporting enterprise applications, student information systems, or other complex business systems.
Demonstrated ability to analyze business processes and translate operational needs into technology solutions.
Strong analytical, problemsolving, and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while providing exceptional customer service.
Experience working collaboratively with diverse stakeholder groups.
Experience in higher education or a similarly complex organizational environment is preferred. Work Arrangement and Location Expectations

Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting higher education enterprise applications such as StarRez, Ellucian Banner Student Information System, Ellucian Advise, Ellucian Experience, or similar student information and campus management systems.
Experience configuring, administering, or supporting SaaS enterprise applications.
Experience with business process analysis, workflow automation, and system integrations.
Familiarity with reporting and analytics tools, SQL, or data visualization platforms.
