AI Solutions Consultant Essential Skills Education:

Four-year degree in MIS, Computer Science, or equivalent experience. 5+ years in a client-facing technical role (consulting, solutions architecture, pre-sales, or similar) within technology services. Working knowledge of the AI/LLM landscape and agentic commerce concepts. Technical fluency to write prompts, evaluate AI outputs, and interact with APIs.

Strong scoping skills:

ability to decompose ambiguous problems into workstreams. Exceptional written and verbal communication; ability to translate between business and technical audiences. Ability to lead client-facing sessions and deliver structured, prioritized roadmaps. Self-motivated and capable of performing tasks with little supervision. Preferred Skills Experience working with commerce platforms (commercetools, Shopify, Kibo, or similar). Ability to build or quickly learn financial justification frameworks; prior experience constructing ROI models or business cases for technology investments is a plus. Experience with AEO/GEO (Answer/Generative Engine Optimization) concepts and SEO strategy. Familiarity with AI governance and data quality initiatives.
