Support execution of structured office hours across regulatory, legal, pitch development, and financial modeling topics, including scheduling, service-provider coordination, and participant follow-up. Build and maintain the vendor and service-provider database available to Hopkins innovators and portfolio companies, keeping listings current and tracking utilization. Maintain records of the mentor, adviser, investor, and alumni network, and support outreach, onboarding, and stewardship in coordination with the Director. Develop and maintain program materials, navigation resources, onboarding guides, and early-stage educational content for faculty, student, and community innovators. Track participation, engagement, and outcomes across the full programming portfolio; build reporting that shows which offerings are working, who they reach, and where demand is unmet. Research comparable programs at peer institutions and across the broader innovation ecosystem to inform the design of new and adjusting offerings. Support the design, piloting, launch, and post-pilot assessment of new programmatic offerings as JHTV's portfolio and priorities evolve.
