0 Costa Mesa, CA Job Details 22 hours ago Qualifications High school diploma or GED Driver's License IT experience within healthcare Epic Certification Productivity software Epic Kronos Stakeholder management Full Job Description Primary Duties And Responsibilities The Epic Certified ClinDoc Application Analyst II is responsible for configuring, testing, implementing and supporting the clinical, financial, or administrative Epic modules within their area of support. Oversees practices and processes to ensure integrity, safety and availability of all data and applications as part of the organization's systems. Responsible for planning and system development, project management, and application administration. Collaborates with key stakeholders, end users and other members of the business teams to optimize system configuration, function and access. Facilitates team discussions and completion of tasks that require multiple resources. Must be knowledgeable about the organization's policies, procedures, and business operations. Evaluates problem tickets and service requests, customer requests for system changes, data retrieval requests, system performance problems and optimization opportunities, and participate in the timely resolution of these activities. Independently resolves the most complex, multi-function application errors and other system issues. Primary responsibility for the build and maintenance of various system dictionaries, profiles, tables and other configuration points. Identifies system enhancement requests and works with the team to implement as applicable. Independently manages the full lifecycle of medium to large optimizations. Coordinates with the vendor as appropriate. Tests the system, including any configurations, customizations and new releases, prior to production implementation. Works with end-users to assist with the design and testing of system reports and communicate changes to end users and other staff as applicable. Leads or facilitates system design, validation or remediation sessions. Advanced understanding of how assigned application impacts other systems and works with integration teams to resolve complex data integration issues. Leads large projects and functions as a subject matter expert on complex, cross-functional projects. Provides guidance to level I and II analysts. Performs above functions with minimal oversight. Performs other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience Required:
High School Diploma or equivalent required. Minimum three (3) years' build experience with the ClinDoc application, module or equivalent system as assigned. Proficient with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project. Expert EPIC Module knowledge in the Epic ClinDoc application in at least one functional area. Acute Rehab Experience, preferred.
Preferred:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent experience in a related field. Three (3) or more years' experience with application, module or equivalent system as assigned, including experience working in a health care environment department, preferably in an integrated health system environment.
Payroll Department only:
Experience with Kronos Software applications required.
License Required:
Current CA driver's license for local travel.
License Preferred:
N/A Certifications Required IT Department Epic ClinDoc Certification/Accreditation. All relevant application certifications and/or badges within area of support. Certifications Preferred IT Department Other certification with the application(s) within their area of responsibility and support.
