We are currently seeking a Senior- Desktop Support to join our team in Maryland Heights, Missouri (US-MO), United States (US). This is often a college graduate who has mastered the basic principles of the role and is able to handle more complex problems and projects.

• Most problems they handle require standard solutions.
• They may manage small projects with oversight from their supervisor.
• Performs advanced troubleshooting techniques to address complex technical issues.
• Identifies risks and develops solutions for client tasks.
• Serves as escalation and issue resolution point for onsite technicians.
• Coordinates with on-site facilities and technical contacts regarding readiness and delivery issues.
• May distribute workload among team members.
• May prepare documentation to record and track issue resolutions.
• Makes recommendations for process improvements within the department.
• Often provides team leadership and mentoring.
• Typically requires 4-6 years relevant experience.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Proficient in Windows based operating system environment, specifically in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Outlook.
• Good knowledge of Linux/Unix operating systems may be required.
• Advanced client service skills.
• A+ desktop or equivalent skill set is required; MCP, MCSE, CNE or Network+ certification is preferred
• Ability to physically perform general office requirements.
• Must be able to perform essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Significant travel including overnight domestic or international trips may be required.
