Provide Global IT MOM Support for Project Aejas. Zscaler security appliance / OT segmentation of all manufacturing equipment.Background & Context:
Support for manufacturing operations (OT/MOM) across global sites inAMER/EMEA/APAC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Global IT MOM Support for Project Aejas
- Zscaler security appliance / OT segmentation of all manufacturing equipment
- Deploys the release of new technologies for OT Machines as well as installs, configures, maintains and performs system integration testing of machine/application operating systems at the manufacturing machine level
- Responsible for troubleshooting machine integrated application problems as reported by users
- Provides new technical specifications to users based on application needs and anticipated growth, configuration, data extraction & retention, installs new machines and maintains the underlying infrastructure
- Provide ongoing support, integration, monitoring and maintenance of the MOM applications
- Ensures that all changes to quality-relevant systems are documented and performed according to application validation guidelines and processes
- Will be Travelling up/to 40% Globally to all manufacturing sites

Qualification & Experience:
- Ability to work successfully within a team and build effective working relationships

- Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of relevant experience, or Associate's Degree and 4 years of relevant experience, or High School Diploma or Equivalent and 6 years of relevant experience Working Conditions & Physical Demands (If Applicable): Will be travelling up to 40% Globally to all manufacturing sites
