- Description
- The
- IT Plant Support Analyst
- provides onsite technical support for manufacturing plant operations and corporate office users, ensuring IT systems, devices, and services remain operational, secure, and aligned with business needs. This role serves as a key point of contact for end-user support, infrastructure troubleshooting, and technology deployment within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities
- Provide break/fix support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, telephony systems, printers, and other network-connected equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, connectivity, and user account issues.
- Support conference room and collaboration technologies and coordinate executive meeting setups.
- Manage and resolve support requests through ticketing systems, walk-up support, and direct customer engagement.
- Perform audits of IT assets, including printers, conference rooms, and endpoint devices.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with hardware lifecycle management.
- Support device imaging, Windows deployment processes, Microsoft Autopilot enrollment, and Intune testing initiatives.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors and service providers to ensure timely issue resolution and service delivery.
- Document technical procedures, solutions, and system changes in accordance with IT best practices.
- Assist with infrastructure-related projects and continuous improvement initiatives across the plant environment. Work Environment
- First shift schedule: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- 100% onsite within a manufacturing facility
- Occasional remote, after-hours, or on-call support as needed
- Must be comfortable working in industrial environments, including using ladders and scissor lifts when supporting plant equipment and infrastructure Required Skills

- 2-3 years of IT support experience, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong time management skills with a resourceful, proactive approach to support.
- Experience with service management platforms, ticketing systems, and IT documentation best practices.
- Familiarity with Microsoft endpoint management technologies, including Autopilot and Intune.
