Dean's Professional Services is seeking an experienced IT Programmer Analyst to support a leading healthcare organization in Houston, TX. This is an excellent opportunity for a technical professional with hands-on Infor Lawson ERP experience to develop, maintain, and support business applications while analyzing processes and identifying opportunities to improve system performance and departmental efficiency.

Responsibilities

Conduct moderate to complex analyses within assigned areas to evaluate processes, monitor resources, and assess departmental effectiveness.

Review historical data and identify trends to support informed decision-making and process improvements.

Develop, maintain, and support Infor Lawson applications using Lawson 4GL, COBOL, SQL, and ProcessFlow.

Translate complex business requirements into effective application solutions.

Provide application and technical support for Infor Lawson ERP systems.

Troubleshoot application issues, investigate system problems, and support ongoing application functionality.

Work with non-Infor Lawson applications as needed to support business and technical requirements.

Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to evaluate system needs and improve application performance and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in science, healthcare, business, or a related field is required.

At least 2 years of relevant programming and application support experience is required.

Hands-on experience developing Infor Lawson applications using Lawson 4GL, COBOL, SQL, and ProcessFlow.

Demonstrated experience with Infor Lawson ERP.

Proficiency in application development, maintenance, and technical support for Infor Lawson applications.

Ability to work with non-Infor Lawson applications when needed.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to evaluate processes, interpret data trends, and support complex technical and business requirements.
