Jr. IT Analyst

Responsibilities Deliver exceptional technical support to end users, ensuring swift resolution of issues. Diagnose and troubleshoot problems related to desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices. Effectively communicate technical information to users across all organizational levels. Collaborate with IT teams to tackle complex technical challenges. Document support activities in the ticketing system and contribute to knowledge articles. Participate in testing and deploying new hardware and software solutions. Skills Proficiency in Windows 10 and 11 operating systems. Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Outlook. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. Preferred Skills Experience with iPhones and iPads. Familiarity with HP Secure Print technology. Working towards or possessing a technical degree or certification. 2+ years of experience in desktop support.
