In this role, you will engage in direct outreach efforts, connecting with local business owners and potential clients through various online platforms. Your primary focus will be on building relationships, promoting our services, and supporting small businesses with tailored software solutions. This position offers an opportunity to develop your communication skills while contributing to the growth of local businesses. Duties Conduct door-to-door (D2D) outreach by calling and engaging with business owners within Facebook groups and other online communities. Reach out to new homeowners and local businesses to introduce our services and solutions. Promote our offerings, such as placing business magnets on refrigerators, aimed at increasing visibility for local businesses. Build rapport with potential clients through personalized communication and follow-up. Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and client interactions. Collaborate with team members to develop effective outreach strategies and improve engagement techniques. Provide feedback on client needs and market trends to help tailor our services accordingly. Requirements Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively via phone and online messaging platforms. Comfortable with cold calling, D2D outreach, and engaging in online communities like Facebook groups. Self-motivated with a proactive attitude toward reaching out to potential clients.
