  • Key Responsibilities and Duties Facilitate the complete onboarding process for new consultants, including I 9 documentation, background checks, drug screens, benefits information, and required employment paperwork Manage a high volume of consultant onboarding activity, including approximately 30 to 50 new consultants each week Track onboarding requirements and follow up with consultants to ensure all items are completed before assignment start dates Support a portfolio of more than 100 active contractor or consultant assignments Serve as the primary point of contact for consultant questions, concerns, and employment related needs Provide responsive, white glove support throughout the consultant assignment lifecycle Ensure consultant timecards are submitted accurately and approved according to established payroll schedules Identify missing, incorrect, or delayed timekeeping information and coordinate timely resolution Verify and maintain credentials for allied healthcare consultants Confirm professional licenses, background screening results, drug screening results, vaccination records, and other required compliance documentation Ensure all required healthcare credentials and compliance items are verified and on file before an assignment begins Monitor credential expiration dates and follow up on renewals or updated documentation when necessary Maintain accurate consultant records within internal systems Handle confidential employee, healthcare, background, and employment information with integrity and discretion Coordinate with recruiting, sales, payroll, benefits, operations, clients, and consultants to resolve onboarding or assignment issues Balance consultant needs, client requirements, compliance standards, and internal deadlines Proactively identify potential onboarding or credentialing delays and develop solutions before they affect assignment starts Communicate clearly and professionally with consultants and internal stakeholders across multiple time zones Support both general consulting placements and allied healthcare consulting assignments Contribute to a positive consultant experience that strengthens engagement, retention, and overall assignment success Qualifications Needed High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred Minimum 3 years of onboarding and benefits administration experience within a staffing or recruiting agency Minimum 3 years of experience supporting at least 100 active contractor or consultant assignments simultaneously Experience managing high volume onboarding activity for temporary, contract, or consulting employees Experience completing or coordinating I 9 documentation, background checks, drug screens, and employment compliance requirements Experience with credentialing or compliance verification for temporary or contract employees Experience verifying professional licenses, background screening results, drug screening results, vaccination records, or similar documentation Strong background in consultant care, contractor support, staffing operations, or employee experience Allied healthcare staffing or healthcare credentialing experience strongly preferred Experience administering or monitoring employee benefits within a staffing environment Experience managing consultant timecards, approvals, or payroll related deadlines Proven ability to support 30 to 50 new consultant onboardings per week while maintaining accuracy Proven ability to independently manage competing priorities and resolve consultant issues Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and discretion Ability to communicate clearly with consultants, clients, and internal stakeholders across multiple time zones Ability to work remotely during East Coast business hours A bit about us:•Founded nearly a decade ago and based in Newport Beach, California, with a fully remote national team, we are a technology driven staffing and consulting firm that combines proprietary AI technology with experienced recruiting professionals to connect exceptional consultants and candidates with growing organizations.

Competitive Compensation:
$30 to $35 per hour, depending on experience, plus bonuses and incentives
