Job Description

Job Description:
As a Product Analyst in the Business Office Product Factory, you will be responsible for all aspects of the product life cycle from Ideation to general market release including the technical, functional, and business foundations of our products. You will act as the liaison between cross-functional teams including, but not limited to Change Management, Software Development, and the Call Center. Your goal is to effectively manage multiple simultaneous projects, deadlines, and deliverables all while communicating the overall product status and delivery to your team. In addition to product management, you will be responsible for testing a variety of software applications to help ensure our products are to the highest quality before release to our customers.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (preferably in a technical field) or equivalent experience Excellent analytical and problem solving skills Strong oral and written communication skills Strong critical thinking skills Willingness to be proactive and solicit input directly from customers Ability to identify issues and creatively problem solve Proactive self-starter Knowledge of automotive or recreational vehicle dealership software is a plus Automotive or recreational vehicle dealership knowledge/experience is a plus Natural aptitude for working with numbers, financial data, and software applications used in accounting and business operations is a plus
