Job Description

The OpportunityA leading building systems and technology consulting firm is seeking a Senior ICT Technology Consultant to lead and deliver complex Information and Communications Technology (ICT) projects. This is an opportunity for an experienced professional to apply deep expertise in telecommunications, audiovisual, and security systems design while mentoring teams and partnering with clients on impactful projects.

Role OverviewIn this senior-level role, you will manage ICT projects from concept through construction, provide technical leadership, and support the growth and development of team members. You will collaborate closely with clients, contribute to design standards, and help drive innovation across technology systems.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead ICT systems design for new construction and renovation projectsConsult with clients on technology solutions and project strategyMentor designers across telecom, AV, and security disciplinesPrepare Division 27 and 28 specifications, construction documents, and basis of design reportsSupport construction administration, including RFIs and submittalsPerform QC reviews and uphold high-quality design standardsRequired Qualifications10+ years of relevant ICT design experienceRCDD certificationStrong technical expertise, communication skills, and client-facing experienceProven ownership of project delivery and design standardsPreferred QualificationsAdditional industry credentials such as OSP, DCDC, PSP, CTS, PMP, or PEWork EnvironmentHybrid role with two in-office days per weekMust be located in and eligible to work in the United StatesCompensation$120,000 - $165,000, depending on experience and qualifications, plus a comprehensive benefits package and professional development opportunities.
