Pay Range:

Key Responsibilities:

Drive program delivery execution for Medicare Supplemental Product transformation. Assist the technology delivery lead in ensuring successful execution and alignment with business needs. Provide technical insight to troubleshoot delivery issues through effective facilitation of requirement analysis, architecture development, and business process solutioning. Optimize delivery by coordinating with downstream teams and overseeing the monitoring of key performance indicators. Facilitate delivery status transparency to business stakeholders and manage reporting on program status against action items, milestones, and risks.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

5+ years of experience in IT delivery and program management. Proven ability to oversee tracking, managing, and reporting on program status. Strong analytical skills to assess and mitigate risks effectively. Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration among diverse teams.
