The Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) requires the services of one (1) Cerner Millennium CCL and Data Transformation Lead to support Electronic Health Record (EHR) migration initiatives. This staff augmentation role provides a combination of Millennium data management expertise and hands on technical development and data extraction approaches within Cerner Millennium environments.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Strong understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare operations. Demonstrated experience supporting large scale EHR implementations, migrations, or optimization initiatives. Proven ability to translate clinical requirements into technical and data specifications. Advanced, hands on experience with Cerner Command Language (CCL). Working knowledge of Cerner Millennium architecture and Oracle databases Experience with SQL, Linux, and enterprise data extraction or migration patterns. Experience designing and supporting ETL processes. Familiarity with healthcare data integrations and reporting environments. Experience with

REST / SOA

development. Knowledge of distributed systems, networking, and performance tuning. Experience writing, executing, and tuning CCL scripts in production environments. Experience with data extraction, system integration, and code development. Working knowledge of one or more of the following: Java, C, C++, Python, Perl, OCI. Hands on experience developing or supporting services on public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, OCI). Experience supporting Cerner Millennium environments. Prior experience serving as a senior Cerner consultant or technical lead.
