What you will do:

Migrate from 3rd party tools into Atlassian applications - 20% Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and assess current applications usage Analyze data and configuration for migration feasibility and functional differences Research for possible migration paths Present migration path options and issues resolution to clients Collaborate with a System Architect on application and data configurations available from the technical standpoint Develop tools to support migration in the most automated way Transform users management framework to support Atlassian Cloud Provide project updates to the client through recurring meetings Lead workshops to address platform functionality differences Execute test migrations and make necessary process adjustments Perform production migration according to the developed plan Provide post-migration support Migrate Atlassian applications from Server/Data Center to Atlassian Cloud - 20% Work with clients to collect requirements for the migration and current applications usage information Assess data and configuration for migratability and functionality differences

Qualifications and Skills:

5-7 years of experience with configuration and administration of Atlassian Products such as Jira Core, Jira Software, Confluence, and key 3rd party add-ons Conceptual and practical understanding of SDLC and Agile Frameworks Ability to work independently with minimal guidance in a fast-paced environment Ability to manage multiple clients and deliverables at any given time through effective time management and planning Strong work ethic and the ability to work with diverse teams across different time zones
