Technical Analyst Atlas - 1.0 Rahway, NJ Job Details Contract $50 - $60 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Jira Collaboration Selenium Attention to detail Requirements analysis User acceptance testing Full Job Description Job Overview We are seeking a versatile Clinical Systems Testing & Operations Analyst to support testing, reporting, system maintenance, and operational activities across Clinical Operations platforms. This resource will initially provide coverage for an existing clinical system while remaining flexible to support Site Connect and other related initiatives as priorities evolve. The role combines hands-on testing and UAT support with Excel-based reporting, account reviews, data analysis, system cleanup, and general operational support. The ideal candidate can quickly learn new systems and processes, follow multistep procedures, manage shifting priorities, and contribute wherever additional support is needed across the team. Experience with Veeva Vault Clinical, CTMS, Site Connect, or similar Clinical Operations systems is preferred but not required. Responsibilities Work from documented requirements, scenarios, and test plans to develop and execute test cases for new and existing Clinical Operations systems. Support upcoming system releases through test-case authoring, test execution, defect documentation, and results tracking. Conduct and participate in test-case walkthroughs to ensure appropriate coverage and accuracy. Support testing phases including system, integration, regression, and User Acceptance Testing. Assist with system validation and CSV activities in accordance with applicable regulatory and business standards. Coordinate UAT activities with business users, document results, and ensure issues are tracked through resolution. Run recurring system and vendor reports, primarily using Excel, and analyze results to identify trends, failures, discrepancies, or required actions. Maintain operational metrics, trackers, and supporting documentation. Support account reviews, system cleanup, data-quality checks, and other recurring system-maintenance activities. Learn and execute established multistep operational processes, including taking appropriate follow-up actions based on report findings. Collaborate with business stakeholders, vendors, system owners, and other project team members. Document defects and coordinate with technical teams or vendors to support timely resolution. Contribute to workflow documentation, user-story refinement, requirements clarification, and business-process improvements. Take ownership of assigned activities and ensure work is completed accurately and on schedule. Transition between systems, projects, and responsibilities as team priorities and coverage needs evolve. Qualifications Experience supporting testing, validation, business analysis, or system operations within Clinical Operations, Life Sciences, or another regulated environment. Ability to write and execute clear test cases, test scripts, and testing documentation. Understanding of UAT, regression testing, defect tracking, and system-validation principles. Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including the ability to review reports, analyze data, maintain trackers, and identify discrepancies. Experience with Veeva Vault Clinical, CTMS, Site Connect, Shared Investigator Portal, or similar clinical platforms is preferred. Experience using JIRA or a similar tool for requirements, test-case, and defect tracking is beneficial. Ability to quickly learn new systems, processes, and business workflows with appropriate training. Strong attention to detail and the ability to accurately carry out repeatable, multistep processes. Comfortable supporting multiple workstreams and moving between responsibilities as project needs change. Strong communication and coordination skills with both technical and business stakeholders. Self-starter who demonstrates ownership, reliability, adaptability, and sound judgment.
