•Job SummaryVSolvit is seeking a mid-level Technical Analyst with an Active Secret Security Clearance to work in Chesapeake, VA. The Technical Analyst analyzes technical information and aligns it to the business strategies and procedures in meeting project goals. They monitor technical system errors and provide immediate resolutions to ensure an efficient and smooth flow of operations. They provide documented software design, development, implementation and operations expertise to the customer. This role focuses on technical requirements gathering, design documentation, and quality assurance. Handle special projects as needed, assist in implementing or developing systems to capture business operation information. The Technical Systems Analyst is expected to grow their knowledge of the key functional areas of the application to better understand the needs of the customer and user community.

Responsibilities Work with customers, stakeholders, and product owners to define requirements/acceptance criteria and respond to requested changesDevelop and deliver requirements documentation, user interface mockups, user documentation, training, and test scriptsWork with other team members to refine design and implementation details and peer review work productsSupport the development, deployment, testing & quality assurance process according to the principles of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)Provide end-user application support as neededOperate effectively and independently within a large teamContribute to process improvementAct as a liaison and provide technical support during business process meetings and eventsManage and prioritize multiple assignments while ensuring technical accuracy and timely delivery for all work productsPerform other duties as assigned Basic Qualifications US CitizenshipMust have an active DOD Secret ClearanceMust have Level 1 or higher IAT Certification (A+ CE, Security+, CCNA-Security, CND, Network+ CE, SSCP)BS degree in Computer Science, Physical Sciences, Mathematics, Psychology (

acceptable only if degree included courses in Human Systems Interface (HSI) and Human Factors Engineering (HFE)Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsProficient computer skills and ability to use word processing tools, i.e.
Microsoft OfficeIf applicable:

Preferred QualificationsMinimum Three (3) to Six (6) years of experience in application of software development processes, technical specifications development, process analysis and design, technical problem solving, and analytical/logical thinkingDemonstrated experience with DoD C41SR, maintenance, logistics, or business systems preferred but will consider other relevant industry experience supporting complex solutions as approved by the CORDemonstrated experience and knowledge executing Agile software methodologies and principlesDemonstrated experience using reporting, design, test automation, configuration management, and/or software development collaboration toolsUX/UI experience or background is a plusDemonstrated excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills to include the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders, technical staff and management across all levelsCompany SummaryJoin the VSolvit Team!
